Yeah , I think we need a way to turn e-mails completely off, because today I got an e-mail asking me for tickets to a show that I wasn't even going to and nowhere on the board did I say I was going to it.

Both emails and PM's should be optional not forced. Just because folks like participating on the open board does not mean they want spontaneous contact from total strangers. Especially in the case of the children on board.
